What if I forget my username and password?
Under the "Login" drop down, simply click "Help", which will take you to the "Password Retrieval" page.  
Follow the directions, making sure to include the email address that is listed on your account, and click "Submit". You should receive an email with your login information.
What is Scared Rabbit?
Scared Rabbit is a multi-solution business geared towards providing customers with the total package for media. We provide services such as Web Development, Web Hosting, Graphic Design, Printing, and Digital Video.

If you have a need for a service that is not outlined within our website, feel free to contact us. If it's not something we provide, we may be able to refer you to a partner company.
Where is Scared Rabbit located?
We are based in central Indiana - Kokomo to be exact. Kokomo is about an hour north of Indianapolis. You can direct mail to our office at 2765 South Albright Rd, Kokomo, IN, 46902.
The login information I recieved does not work or I get a "Sorry, wrong user id / password" error message.
Some operating systems will add an extra character when copying/pasting. First, try either typing the characters or deleting the first or last character of your password. If you still cannot access your account, please contact Scared Rabbit for support.  
How can I promote my business/website?
Probably the most important step is to make sure your website is optimized for success on various search engines. Go through each page and create a custom title, description, and text content that is relevant to the information available on that page. Be sure to include buzz words, phrases, and terms that potential customers will understand and be searching for.

Social media is another great way to get your name out there and drive traffic to the website. Set up a Facebook page and engage your fans. Start up a You Tube channel and post videos that inform and entertain. You can use Twitter for conversations and Instagram for images. There are many other sites you can utilize, and often they are completely free!

Other good ways to promote your website would be web-based ads, forum posts, discussion groups, and pay-per-click (PPC) or pay-per-impression (PPM) advertising.
What happens if my domain expires?
Up to 15 days after the domain expires it can be renewed at the regular rate. After the 15th day the domain begins export to Redemption Status and will cost $150 to be renewed for 1 year. If you would like to add subsequent years of registration to the life of the domain, it would be billed at the regular rate.

Once a domain has been expired for 25 days it is no longer recoverable by normal means until/if it hits the open market again after 45 days.
I lost my invoice or contract and need a copy; where can I access these documents?
You can access open invoices, past invoices, contracts and other important documents in your Scared Rabbit account. Simply login with your username and password (these are always emailed to new customers).  
From your account, you can view:
Account-this is where you will make any changes to your contact information. Your invoices will be sent to the email addresses in your Account page, so you will want to make sure this information is accurate. 
Billing-here, you can view documents (such as contracts/invoices), information on domains and hosting accounts. You can also make payments from this page.

What all can I do from your website if I have an account?
By logging into your account, you will be able to download contracts/invoices, follow the progress of projects, view your balance(s), and more! We have created this area just for you in an effort to make your experience with Scared Rabbit as interactive and efficient as possible. Here are the areas you will be to navigate:
Projects-lists all open projects with their status. This is where you will go to view project updates, approve/disapprove, and leave feedback for the Scared Rabbit developers. 
Account-this is where you will make any changes to your contact information. You will want to be sure and keep your contact information up-to-date to avoid any issues with communication. 
Billing-here, you can view documents (such as contracts/invoices), information on domains and hosting accounts. You can also make payments from this page. Within your Billing page, you can also access your "Domain Manager" where you can edit the contact information for your domain if you choose. 
Upload-this is your online porthole for uploading documents that may be needed for you projects. Examples may be: images you would like to use on print items, previous logo designs, forms that you would like to be placed on your website, etc.) Once your file is uploaded, the Scared Rabbit team will be notified to retrieve it. 

Billing FAQ

Are there any hidden fees or setup fees?
There are no setup fees. There are no hidden fees.

If you allow your hosting account to expire, it will be suspended for two weeks. If after that two-week period, payment is still not received, your account will be terminated. We do create and store a backup of your site should you decide to re-establish a hosting account in the future. There is a $50 fee to re-establish a previously existing account from the backup file.

Development project contracts are created based on the number of hours it is estimated to complete the project. Each contract is unique to your specific project, so please review it carefully. The only additional fees for development would occur if the project went beyond the bounds of the contract, thus extending the number of hours originally estimated.

We will not issue refunds for:

If you decide to cancel or transfer your hosting plan, you will not be reimbursed for the remaining time left.

Registered domains are good through their expiration date. We will not provide refunds if you choose to transfer your domain or decide not to use it.
